Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic, and student-centered High School Coach to lead, mentor, and develop student-athletes both on and off the field. The ideal candidate will foster a positive team culture, emphasize sportsmanship, and support the academic success and personal growth of all players.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and conduct daily practices and training sessions
Develop game strategies and prepare athletes for competition
Promote teamwork, discipline, leadership, and respect among players
Ensure the safety and well-being of all student-athletes
Monitor academic progress and encourage academic achievement
Communicate effectively with students, parents, faculty, and administration
Maintain equipment, uniforms, and facilities
Adhere to school, district, and athletic association policies
Adhere to all TEA/UIL policies and procedures
