North Zulch ISD is seeking a highly motivated and student-centered Head Volleyball Coach who will lead, develop, and grow our volleyball program while serving as a classroom teacher in a core academic area based on certification.
As a small 1A district, this position requires a coach who values relationships, embraces multi-sport athletes, collaborates with staff, and contributes to a strong, family-oriented school culture.
Primary Responsibilities
Athletics (Head Volleyball)
Serve as Head Coach for the North Zulch ISD volleyball program (grades 7–12 as applicable)
Develop and implement a comprehensive volleyball program aligned with district expectations and UIL guidelines
Teach fundamental skills, sportsmanship, and character development
Organize and lead practices, games, offseason programs, and strength/conditioning (as appropriate)
