Position Overview: Haskell CISD is seeking a dedicated and motivated Coach to lead and support student-athletes in Football, Powerlifting, and Baseball programs. The ideal candidate will be passionate about developing athletes both on and off the field, emphasizing teamwork, discipline, and character.
Primary Responsibilities:
Coach and manage teams in Football, Powerlifting or Basketball, and Baseball (Possible Head Coach)
Plan, organize, and conduct effective practices and training sessions
Develop athletes’ skills, strength, and overall performance
Promote sportsmanship, leadership, and academic success among student-athletes
Assist with game preparation, scouting, and strategy development
Ensure compliance with UIL and district policies
Collaborate with other coaches and staff to build a strong athletic program
Maintain equipment, facilities, and safety standards
