Position Summary
Jefferson High School is seeking a committed and energetic Offensive Assistant Football Coach to join the Bulldog football program. This coach will work under the direction of the Head Football Coach and Offensive Coordinator to develop a competitive, disciplined, and character-driven offensive unit while positively impacting student-athletes on and off the field.
Primary Responsibilities
Assist in coaching a specific offensive position group (e.g.QB, RB, WR, HB) – based on experience)
Contribute to offensive game planning, film breakdown, and scouting reports
Support practice planning and daily drill implementation
Promote a culture of discipline, accountability, and effort within the program
Supervise athletes during practices, games, travel, and off-season activities
Assist with strength & conditioning and offseason development
