Tenaha High School is seeking a dynamic, student-centered leader to serve as Head Girls Basketball Coach. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading all aspects of the girls basketball program while promoting academic excellence, character development, and a culture of accountability and pride within the program and school community.
Primary Responsibilities
Provide leadership and oversight for all levels of the girls basketball program
Design and implement a comprehensive, year-round plan focused on skill development, strength and conditioning, and competitive success
Establish and uphold high standards for sportsmanship, discipline, and academic achievement
Plan and conduct practices, prepare for games, and provide effective in-game coaching
Coordinate offseason training, camps, and player development opportunities
