HS Football Best Fit / HS Basketball – Howe High School (UIL 3A) District: Howe Independent School District Location: Howe (North of DFW) Teaching Field: Elementary PE Howe ISD is seeking a highly motivated coach to serve as High School Football/Basketball Coach . This position plays a key role in player development, program culture, and alignment from JH to varsity levels. Responsibilities include: • Assist with all aspects of the HS basketball program • Coordinate specific areas as assigned (offense/defense/skill development) • Support off-season strength and conditioning • Maintain UIL compliance and strong community relationships Qualifications: • Valid Texas teaching certificate (or eligible) and a CDL or willing to obtain before the start of the 26-27 school year. • Basketball and/or football coaching experience required • Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills • Commitment to academic and character development Howe ISD offers...

We have flexibility with an added teaching field of Biology for an assistant on the boys or girls side.  There are head coach opportunities that may open throughout the year as well. We are strong on both sides of our program.
