Coupland ISD will open our new high school in the 2026-27 school year.  We are looking to expand our coaching staff to build our high school athletic program. Seeking trailblazers to build, grow, and design our programs that will prepare our students for life beyond high school and produce Champions in competitive arenas. $5,000 Signing Stipend $5,000 Girls Coordinator $4,500 Head Coach Stipend Each Sport $2,000 Assistant Coach Stipend Sport $3,000 Special Education Stipend Teacher Incentive Allotment is available to all district teachers. $5,820 - Recognized $11,639 - Exemplary $21,399 - Master (Must meet qualifications) Other sport positions available. 

Head Girls Basketball Coach will oversee all aspects of our girls basketball program, 7th grade - Varsity. Caddo Mills is a fast growing community just east of the Metroplex area.  We are in the 4th year of a newly built school.  Our gym is extremely nice and seats 1000 people. We are bringing back the core of a team that set the school record for wins last year.
