Middle school sports in Lubbock ISD participate in the Lubbock County Middle School competition league with Lubbock, Lubbock Cooper, and Frenship school districts. This eliminates out-of-town travel for our middle school teams and allows us to divide our competition district into two leagues, based on school enrollment.
This position is for a middle school girls coordinator. The coordinator will oversee three assistant coaches and coordinate and participate in the coaching of the following sports:
cross country (3 meets and a championship)
volleyball (11 games and an end-of-season tournament)
basketball (11 games and an end-of-season tournament)
wrestling (5 meets and a championship)
track & field (4 meets and a zone championship)
