Colmesneil ISD is seeking a dynamic Athletic Director / Head Football Coach to lead and grow a competitive Bulldog athletic program. Responsibilities include overseeing all district athletic programs while serving as the head varsity football coach. The successful candidate will build a strong athletic culture, ensure UIL compliance, supervise coaching staff, and develop student-athletes both academically and athletically. Primary Purpose: Direct and manage the district's athletic program and facilities and instruct and coach students to develop skills and abilities to excel in athletics. Provide each student with the opportunity to participate in an extracurricular athletic activity and ensure compliance with all federal, state, University Interscholastic League (UIL), and local requirements. Provide instruction and coach students to develop skills and ability to excel in assigned sport(s). Contribute to education program as a whole and to growth of students involved in athletics.   Provide students with appropriate learning activities and experiences in the subject area assigned to help them fulfill their potential for intellectual, emotional, physical, and social growth.
