As the Lacrosse Director, you will play a crucial role in shaping the experience of young athletes during the upcoming season from June 24th to August 5th. We are seeking a passionate individual with a deep love for lacrosse and a proven track record of coaching. In this role, you will lead a team of instructors, design and execute training programs tailored to players of all skill levels, and foster the growth of children's abilities and love for the sport. As the ideal candidate, you should possess at least 2 years of coaching experience, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to effectively communicate and connect with both players and staff. You will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging learning environment where players can thrive and develop their skills. The role also includes supervising young college coaches and collaborating with them to ensure a high-quality coaching experience.
