1st Assistant Track & Field / Assistant Volleyball Coach – Lebanon Trail High School (Frisco ISD)

Lebanon Trail High School is seeking a dedicated, high-energy 1st Assistant Track & Field Coach / Assistant Volleyball Coach to support two growing programs. This position plays a key role in athlete development, program culture, and day-to-day execution within both sports.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist in all aspects of the track and volleyball programs at the varsity and sub-varsity levels
  • Support practice planning, game preparation, and skill development
  • Help implement program vision and expectations set by the head coaches
  • Build positive relationships with student-athletes while promoting accountability and team culture
  • Support offseason training, strength and conditioning, and program development
  • Maintain compliance with all UIL, district, and campus policies
  • Communicate effectively with coaches, athletes, parents, and administration

Teaching Fields Available:

  • Composite Social Studies
  • Composite Science
  • English

Qualifications:

  • Valid Texas teaching certification in one of the listed subject areas
  • Coaching experience in track & field and/or volleyball preferred
  • Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to contribute to multiple programs and collaborate within a coaching staff
  • Commitment to student-athlete development on and off the field/court

Additional Requirements:

  • Must be willing to obtain a CDL (Commercial Driver’s License)
