Four Seasons resort on Lanai Island in Hawaii is offering a unique opportunity to teach and learn the tennis/pickleball industry first hand at a small boutique facility. This position is for both an assistant instructor and pro shop attendant combined. Candidate will learn how the full operation works including reservation software, scheduling, teaching lessons, clinics, court maintenance, stringing, programming and retail for both tennis and pickleball.
Candidate will work under RSPA Elite tennis professional Dave Zamarripa and learn all aspects of the industry. Candidate will need a functioning vehicle and housing assistance will be provided through the company.
Salary/hourly is 58K per year (roughly 28$ per hour plus tips) with benefits. Candidate will work 40 hrs per week of combined lessons, clinics and shop attendant hours. Position is 4 or 5 days on and 2 or 3 days off.
