What You’ll Do

• Run high-energy sessions for players of all levels

• Own player development and overall experience on and off-court

• Give clear, actionable feedback across all areas of the game

• Build strong relationships that drive retention and trust

• Actively sell lessons, clinics, and programs

• Show up prepared, organized, and consistent every day

• Work closely with the team to execute programs and daily operations

• Support events, marketing, and community growth 

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years coaching experience

• Strong communicator and relationship builder

• High energy, reliable, and competitive

• Comfortable selling and motivated by working toward goals

• Organized and detail-oriented

• Team-first mindset

• Available nights and weekends

• Wants to grow and be part of building something
