Assistant Volleyball and 2nd Sport

Natalia ISD is seeking a dedicated coach to lead and develop student-athletes in two sports. This position is ideal for someone who values building strong relationships, fostering growth, and creating a positive athletic experience for all participants. We pride ourselves on a close-knit community, a positive environment, and a commitment to excellence in both academics and athletics.

Teaching field is Junior High History. No PE or SPED.

Responsibilities:

• Coach and develop student-athletes in two assigned sports
• Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and character development
• Organize and lead practices, games, and team activities
• Collaborate with other coaches and campus staff
• Maintain high expectations for student-athletes both academically and athletically
