Job Announcement: Head Soccer Coach / Assistant Football Coach
Inspired Vision Academy – Dallas, Texas (3A)

Inspired Vision Academy is seeking a highly motivated, professional, and student-centered educator to serve as Head Soccer Coach and Assistant Football Coach for the upcoming school year. This position is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated coach who is passionate about developing student-athletes both on and off the field.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all aspects of the soccer program, including planning, organization, and player development
• Assist with the football program, contributing to practices, game planning, and program culture
• Promote a culture of discipline, accountability, and academic excellence among student-athletes
• Foster strong relationships with students, parents, staff, and the community
• Support and uphold the mission and values of Inspired Vision Academy

Qualifications:

• Valid Texas teaching certification in a CORE SUBJECT (required)
  (English, Math, Science, or Social Studies – NO PE / NO HEALTH)
• Previous coaching experience preferred (soccer and/or football)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Commitment to academic and athletic excellence
• Must be willing to obtain a CDL (Commercial Driver’s License)

• Ability to mentor and positively impact middle/high school student-athletes
