The Opportunity Help Shape Competitive Athletes at Chelsea Piers Chelsea Piers Gymnastics is growing, and we’re hiring passionate, driven Team Coaches to support our competitive programs (USAG, Xcel, and Developmental Teams). We’re looking for coaches who are not only skilled, but who are committed to developing athletes, building team culture, and continuously growing themselves. Schedule: Part-time, 20 – 30 hours per week; Variable shifts between 3:30pm - 8:00pm; Weekend shift from 8:30am - 3:00pm Compensation: $25 - $30 per hour + additional competition pay Program Opportunities: Xcel Platinum & Diamond Coaches Xcel Gold Coach Xcel Silver Coach Pre-Team Level 3 Coach Boys Team Coach What You’ll Do Attend all team practices and weekend competitions Instruct both recreational classes and competitive team practices Coach and develop athletes during team practices and competitions Create a structured, motivating, and athlete-centered environment Attend and coach at competitions (additional compensation provided) Support progression, skill-building, and athlete confidence Collaborate with a strong coaching team Why Join Our Team?
