Job Description
Hondo High School is seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented, and strategic leader to serve as the Offensive Coordinator for our Varsity Football program. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, and management of the offensive scheme, as well as the development of student-athletes both on and off the field.
Experience in a spread 2-back system preferred. The candidate will be responsible for every aspect of the offense, including Friday night play calling.

Stipend Information:
Football OC: $6,000
Head Track: $5,000
