Orlando, Florida, Position Description:
The Assistant Commissioner for Strategic Communications will have primary responsibility for all sports information related items including statistics, standings, record books, schedule production and publication, and press releases. The position will oversee all awards programs including in-season and post-season player recognition and national award nominations. Additional duties include administration of the SSC Digital Network, social media management, and graphics production. The individual may also be responsible for some championship administration.
SSC Office functions are centered within Orlando while its staff works remotely and virtually. Residency within the greater Orlando, Fla., area will be required.
