Offensive Coordinator/ DAEP

Bloomington ISD is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Offensive Coordinator to join our athletic department. 

Primary Responsibilities:

• Oversee the development and implementation of the offensive system for grades 7–12
• Manage and lead the offensive coaching staff
• Serve as the Varsity Football play caller

Additional Coaching Duties:

• Head Powerlifting Coach (2nd sport)
• Opportunity to coach an additional sport (Assistant Basketball or Assistant Track)

Teaching Assignment:

• DAEP

Bloomington ISD offers a supportive administration committed to the success of both students and athletic programs.

Stipends:

• Offensive Coordinator: $6,000
• Head Powerlifting: $3,000
• Assistant Basketball: $2,000
• Assistant Track: $2,000
• Summer Pay: $25/hour
