Varsity Football Offensive Coordinator/High School Teacher

Job Description

The Varsity Football Offensive Coordinator serves as a key member of the football staff, responsible for developing student-athletes, teaching position-specific fundamentals, and supporting the vision and direction of the Head Coach. This role helps build a disciplined, unified, and Christ-centered football program that prepares student-athletes to compete with excellence and represent Covenant Christian Academy with integrity.

The Offensive Coordinator assists with offensive planning, play installation, and weekly preparation under the direction of the Head Coach. This position requires strong teaching ability, reliability, teamwork, and full alignment with the program’s culture, standards, and mission.

This role may be paired with a teaching position to create a full-time opportunity. Current teaching openings include High School History, Dual-Credit Math, and Spanish, as well as a position for Director of Spiritual Formation and Student Culture. If not combined with a teaching role, this position is available as a part-time stipend role.
