The Varsity Football Offensive Coordinator serves as a key member of the football staff, responsible for developing student-athletes, teaching position-specific fundamentals, and supporting the vision and direction of the Head Coach. This role helps build a disciplined, unified, and Christ-centered football program that prepares student-athletes to compete with excellence and represent Covenant Christian Academy with integrity.
The Offensive Coordinator assists with offensive planning, play installation, and weekly preparation under the direction of the Head Coach. This position requires strong teaching ability, reliability, teamwork, and full alignment with the program’s culture, standards, and mission.
This role may be paired with a teaching position to create a full-time opportunity. Current teaching openings include High School History, Dual-Credit Math, and Spanish, as well as a position for Director of Spiritual Formation and Student Culture. If not combined with a teaching role, this position is available as a part-time stipend role.
Our Athletic Department strives to develop the mind, body, and spirit of every student-athlete through fearless competition (Hebrews 12:1), selfless service (Matthew 25:40), mastery of fundamentals, and the pursuit of excellence (Colossians 3:23). Rooted in our foundation, “Stand on the Rock. Compete for Christ.”, we cultivate uncommon athletes who draw strength from Christ and honor Him in every moment, every play, and every opportunity. Our vision is to form men and women of purpose who are grounded in faith, relentless in their pursuit of growth, and impactful in all they do.
