Location: The Boulevard Tennis & Padel Club - Vero Beach, FL
Employment Type: Full-Time (including evenings, weekends, and event hours)
Reports To: Director of Racquet Sports

Position Available:  May/June 2026 – NOTE: Position can be delayed to the Fall if necessary for the outstanding candidate.

Overview

The Boulevard Tennis & Padel Club, a premier racquet sports facility located in Vero Beach, FL featuring world-class padel and tennis amenities, is seeking a dynamic Head Padel Professional & Staff Tennis Professional to lead our growing padel program (100+ padel members) while contributing to tennis instruction and member engagement (350+ tennis members). This is a unique opportunity for an energetic professional with a passion for both racquet sports, strong leadership ability, and a member-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Padel Leadership

  • Develop, lead, and manage all padel programming including clinics, private lessons, leagues, tournaments, and exhibitions.
  • Coordinate and grow junior and adult padel participation, fostering a positive learning environment.
  • Oversee padel events and partner with local and national organizations to promote the game.
  • Maintain padel facilities and equipment in coordination with maintenance staff.
  • Serve as the face of padel at the club—offering expertise, enthusiasm, and outreach to attract new players.

Tennis Instruction and Support

  • Provide private lessons, clinics, and junior development sessions in tennis.
  • Assist with club tournaments, socials, and special events that integrate both tennis and padel.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Racquet Sports on seasonal programming and scheduling.

Member Experience & Operations

  • Deliver exceptional service to members and guests, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
  • Support departmental goals for lesson revenue, participation growth, and member satisfaction.
  • Assist with racquet stringing, pro shop sales, and other racquet-sports-related operations when needed.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2-3 years of teaching experience in racquet sports with proven success in player development.
  • Successful candidate must have valid visa to work in the U.S.
  • Certified (RSPA Level 1 minimum, Level 2 preferred – Padel, Level 2 or Elite - Tennis)
  • Demonstrated competitive padel background as well as strong tennis playing experience at the collegiate or ITF level.
  • Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
