2026-27 Secondary Math/Coach - PROUD TIA District

Hawley ISD is seeking highly qualified candidates to join our team.  If you are looking for small, rural schools, we would love for you to come check us out!  We have expanded CTE program offerings, an alternative high school option, competitive compensations and benefits, small class sizes and opportunities for students to earn an associate degree. We also are proud to participate in the Teacher Incentive Allotment Program. Our demographics and size, make our TIA compensation very competitive to districts in the area. We pay out our incentive payments in the summer in one check. YOU keep your designation allotment!!  If you are already designated in another district, your designation comes with you. If you aren’t designated, we have opportunities to help you reach that designation.
