Job Title: Teacher/Coach (Core Subject/Math preferably)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Teacher/Coach with a strong background in core subject instruction math preferably. This role is ideal for an educator who is passionate about student growth, committed to academic excellence, and eager to contribute both in the classroom and through coaching student-athletes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective instruction in math and/or core academic subjects aligned with curriculum standards
• Develop lesson plans that support diverse learning styles and promote critical thinking
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing timely feedback and support
• Foster a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment
• Serve as a coach for assigned sport(s), promoting teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship
• Collaborate closely with fellow teachers, coaches, and staff to support student success
• Communicate regularly with parents, guardians, and school stakeholders
• Participate in professional development and school-wide initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Mathematics, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• Valid teaching certification (as required by state)
• Coaching experience or willingness to obtain coaching certification
• Strong classroom management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to collaboration and continuous improvement
