The Longfellow Health Clubs is seeking a passionate, experienced, and growth-oriented Junior Program Director to join our team at our Natick location. Responsibilities - Junior Program Director

  • Oversee all Junior Program registration and enrollment. 

  • Partner with the Junior Registration Coordinator to ensure timely payments and accurate account management. 

  • Lead all Junior Program communications for Natick, while collaborating with Junior Directors in Wellesley and Wayland to ensure consistent and effective messaging.

  • Consult with parents and coaches to properly place juniors by level and ball color.

  • Support clinic captains with curriculum development and class planning.

  • Assist the Tennis Director with staff scheduling and coordination.

  • Organize and execute USTA and UTR tournaments and junior match play events.

  • Direct the Junior New England Tennis Academy Summer Camp (Orange, Green, and Yellow Ball divisions)

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the club or tennis industry.

  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency with basic computer tools (Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Workspace: Docs, Meet, Chat, PPT).

  • Flexibility to work some evenings and one weekend day

  • A team-first mindset with a commitment to professional growth.

Reporting Structure

This position reports directly to the Tennis Director and works closely with the Head Pro and Club Manager at Longfellow Natick Tennis Club.
