Job Description
Bangs is looking for a Head Girls’ Volleyball Coach that is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the girls’ volleyball program, including athlete development, coaching staff supervision, program culture, and compliance with UIL and district policies. The coach will promote academic achievement, sportsmanship, and character development while building a competitive and positive volleyball program. Teaching position will be flexible. Required Qualifications

Valid Texas teaching certification (if teaching assignment is included)

UIL coaching eligibility and compliance training

Prior high school or collegiate volleyball coaching experience

Strong knowledge of volleyball fundamentals, strategy, and player development

Effective leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Willing to obtain CDL
