Position:
Breckenridge ISD is seeking applicants for a Boys Assistant Coach position. We are looking for a motivated coach committed to developing student-athletes and helping build a strong program culture from grades 6–12.

Program Expectations

  • Help develop, promote, and grow a positive boys athletic program culture (6–12)

  • Support and encourage multi-sport athletes

  • Embrace the athletic department’s commitment to sports performance and strength & conditioning methods

  • Demonstrate the ability to coach and develop all athletes, not just top performers

  • Work collaboratively with coaching staff and administration to support overall athletic department goals

Requirements

  • Texas teaching certification (teaching field TBD)

  • CDL required or willingness to pursue and obtain

  • Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills

  • Commitment to student-athlete development and program culture

Compensation

  • Additional coaching stipends available

  • Compensation based on experience and expertise

  • Breckenridge ISD is an above-state-base salary district
