Head Volleyball Coach – Howe High School (UIL 3A)
Location: Howe (North of DFW)
Teaching Field: Open

Howe ISD is seeking an energetic, relationship-driven Head Volleyball Coach to lead a competitive UIL 3A program. The position oversees grades 7–12 and includes supervision of assistant coaches and coordination of the entire volleyball program.

Responsibilities include:
• Program development and culture building
• Year-round athletic development
• Staff supervision
• UIL compliance
• Community and parent engagement

Qualifications:
• Valid Texas teaching certificate (or eligible) and hold a CDL or willing to obtain by the beginning of the 26-27 school year.
• Volleyball coaching experience required (head experience preferred but no required)
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills

Howe ISD offers strong administrative support, community involvement, and a growing student population in a small-town setting just north of the Metroplex. We return several young players who work really hard.
