• Knowledge and understanding of the fundamental skill, techniques, and rules of volleyball/soccer fundamentals
• Able to develop student -athletes athletically, mentally, and emotionally in alignment with UIL and district standards
• Ability to manage and supervise and support student – athletes in a positive structured environment.
• Assist with practice planning, skill and game preparation.
• Invested in and supportive of the philosophy, culture, and standards of the program
• Team player who works well with coaching staff
• Willing to grow professionally, and passionate about learning , coaching development, and athlete success
• Commitment to modeling character, leadership, sportsmanship, and academic accountability
