Position Summary: Jefferson High School is seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Strength & Conditioning Coach to develop and implement a comprehensive training program that enhances athletic performance, reduces injury risk, and promotes overall student-athlete wellness. This position will work closely with coaching staff across all sports to support year-round athletic development for male and female athletes at both our junior high and high school campuses.
