MatchPoint Tennis located in Goshen, NY is looking for a Director of High Performance.  MatchPoint has a track record of producing high level juniors, playing at the National L1,2,3 tournament level.  The successful candidate will have: Collegiate Tennis playing experience Ability to teach juniors at every level Ability to Collaborate with the other directors for innovative programming Organizing and creating high performance class structure Tracking High Performance player progression Ability to make $100,000+ in year one
