About the job The Role The Padel Collective (TPC) seeks a full-time Director of Padel (DOP) to join the team on-site in Austin, TX by end of Q2 2026. The DOP will interact with Assistant Director of Padel, General Manager and Founding Team and should possess an early-stage growth mindset. The DOP will report to the General Manager (GM) and be responsible for overseeing all aspects of padel operations, including teaching classes, developing programming schedules, and managing day-to-day court activities. The job requires presence on-site either Saturday or Sunday and flexibility depending on demand.
