Why I Invested in MyCoachingTree

So I first invested in MyCoachingTree back in 2021, the reasons were twofold. Number one is the deep respect I have for Coach Rutledge and the impact he has had on coaching on coaches all throughout the state and throughout the country. And at the same time when I first learned about the mission of MyCoachingTree it just made total sense to me.

I think about my players as they go out into the business world and all the different things that they do, and we help them put together LinkedIn profiles and I think that concept makes sense. Yet at the same time football is different and coaching is different. It's hard for me to keep up with young coaches. When I hire a coach, the ability to go on to MyCoachingTree, click on their name and not just see what they've done, but also see who they've worked for as well. Inevitably those connections lead back to someone I know and helps build a relationship with that coach to know who they really are.

So it was the respect I have for the people that are putting this together. But also it just clicked for me that this makes total sense.  I'm excited.
