Assistant Athletic Director / Head Football Coach Tenaha ISD is seeking a qualified, motivated, and student-centered individual to lead and manage the district’s high school football program. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, effective communication skills, and a commitment to fostering a positive and supportive environment for student-athletes, faculty, and staff. Position Responsibilities Include: Leading and developing student-athletes in alignment with district expectations and UIL regulations Organizing and overseeing all aspects of the football program Promoting a positive, caring climate within the athletic department Demonstrating patience, professionalism, and strong public relations skills Work Schedule: Tenaha ISD operates a 4-day work week (Monday–Thursday).
