Whitehouse ISD is seeking a qualified and motivated Head Football Coach to lead and manage the district’s high school football program. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing student-athletes, organizing all aspects of the football program, and ensuring alignment with district expectations and UIL regulations.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university Energetic, hardworking and organized Coordinator or Head Coaching Experience preferred Responsibilities Develop and implement a defensive philosophy and weekly game plan Coordinate all defensive practices, meetings, and film sessions Ensure players understand their roles and responsibilities within the defensive scheme Monitor student-athlete academic performance and promote a philosophy of academic achievement Establish performance criteria for competition and evaluate student-athletes' abilities regularly Promote a positive climate that fosters student participation and successful student outcomes Email Resume to: Rashaun Woods rashaun.woods@tylerisd.org and Jayme Moore jayme.moore@tylerisd.org
