We're seeking a Director of Racquet Sports who is passionate about both tennis and pickleball, energized by community building, and experienced in leading fun, inclusive programs for all ages and abilities. This position is responsible for planning and delivering tennis and pickleball clinics, social events and junior tennis and pickleball programming with approximately 40 juniors per week during peak season; provides high-quality private instruction to members and guests; manage court usage, scheduling, basic administration and maintain a visible, professional and approachable presence with the club community. The Fitness Pavilion features 2 clay tennis courts, 2 pickleball courts, gym, pool, sauna, and social areas.
