Moraga, California, The Assistant Coach for Men and Women’s Swimming and Diving responsible for providing assistance and support for the conduct of a comprehensive, high quality NCAA Division I men’s and women’s swimming programs, within the guidelines of all rules and policies established by the department, the institution, the MPSF Conference, and the NCAA, in accordance with the academic standards, and the stated mission of Saint Mary’s College and the Athletic Department.
This position will require daily and/or weekly duties and tasks as assigned by the head coach which require exercising discretion and independent judgment consisting of 75% instructional and 25% recruitment/administrative activities.
1. Organize and evaluate practices, training plans and intercollegiate competitions. Teach necessary skills from the basic fundamentals to the techniques and strategies of team play.
