Manhattan, Kansas, K-State Athletics is seeking qualified applicants for a Ticket Sales Executive, which is a full-time, hourly, benefits-eligible position.
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Sell new season tickets, group tickets, and mini plans for K-State’s six ticketed sports.
Develop prospects through cold calling, emails and networking.
Meet or exceed a minimum of 100 touchpoints per day consisting of phone calls and emails.
Work different events to support K-State Athletics sales efforts.
Handle incoming calls from sales prospects.
Provide excellent customer service to generate new revenue and increasing renewed revenue.
Track sales data in CRM system and processing sales payments along with department policy.
Must be able to work evenings and weekends as required.
Other duties as assigned.
