Cleburne High School is seeking an energetic, relationship-driven Head Volleyball Coach to lead and develop a competitive, student-centered volleyball program.  This candidate needs to emphasizes skill development, teamwork, sportsmanship, academic success, and multi-sport participation. The Head Volleyball Coach will oversee all aspects of the program, including junior high and high school.   The right candidate must also invest in the Cleburne community and is committed to developing all of our student-athletes in the Cleburne Yellow Jacket athletic program.  No second sport. Responsible for all aspects of the program, including developing training and game plans, managing assistant coaches, and ensuring student athletes are eligible and adhere to school and UIL rules . Key duties include coordinating practices and games, teaching skills and strategy, promoting sportsmanship, and maintaining communication with students, parents, and the school administration. The coach must also manage the budget and care for equipment and facilities.
