Position Overview
The Head Volleyball Coach will be responsible for the overall leadership, organization, and success of the volleyball program in grades 7–12 . This position requires a collaborative leader who can mentor assistant coaches, foster a positive team culture, and ensure compliance with all district, UIL, and board policies.
Primary Responsibilities
Provide leadership and vision for the entire volleyball program, grades 7–12
Build and maintain a vertically aligned program from youth development through Varsity
Plan, organize, and direct all volleyball practices, competitions, and offseason programs
Oversee, mentor, and evaluate assistant volleyball coaches at all levels
Promote a positive, inclusive, and competitive culture that emphasizes sportsmanship, character, and academic success
Ensure compliance with UIL rules and regulations and all Castleberry ISD Board policies
