Position Summary:
Big Sandy ISD is seeking a motivated and experienced Head Girls Basketball Coach to lead and grow a competitive high school girls basketball program at the UIL 2A level . The ideal candidate will foster a culture of discipline, teamwork, and academic success while developing student-athletes both on and off the court. The incoming 8th grade team was undefeated this season.
Primary Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and direct all aspects of the high school girls athletics.
Promote sportsmanship, character development, and academic achievement among student-athletes.
