A competitive and tradition-rich high school athletic program in Texas is seeking a dedicated, motivated, and student-centered Varsity Football Assistant Coach to join our staff. This position requires a strong commitment to excellence in athletics, academics, and character development.
Position Overview:
The Varsity Football Assistant Coach will work under the direction of the Head Football Coach and Athletic Director to support all aspects of the football program, including practice planning, game preparation, player development, offseason training, and program culture. The selected candidate must demonstrate leadership, professionalism, and the ability to positively impact student-athletes both on and off the field.
