Collaborate with the Athletic Director to hire Assistant Coaches. Ensure a positive athletic experience for both gifted and non-gifted athletes alike.  This includes coaching the entire team together without showing bias or favoritism towards any particular athlete. We are adding this position in our district (2A district with approximately 260 students in the JH & HS) and need someone who can manage and operate all aspects of an athletic training program for grades 7-12.
