Rockwall High School is seeking an experienced and energetic Head Swim Coach to lead our swimming program. The ideal candidate will provide strong leadership, develop athletes’ skills, and promote a culture of excellence, sportsmanship, and academic success.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all aspects of the swim program
Plan and conduct practices, meets, and training sessions
Develop swimmers of all skill levels
Oversee equipment, schedules, and program logistics
Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and staff
Ensure compliance with district and UIL policies
