Pioneer Technology and Arts Academy (PTAA) in Greenville is seeking a passionate and dedicated Head Volleyball Coach to lead our growing program. PTAA has maintained a strong and committed athletic culture over the past 8 years and just completed our second year in UIL 2A competition.
We are looking for a coach who is:
Energetic and enthusiastic about working with student-athletes
Knowledgeable in all aspects of volleyball, including strategy, skill development, and team building
Committed to fostering a positive, disciplined, and growth-oriented athletic environment
Passionate about mentoring youth and supporting their academic and personal development
Responsibilities:
Lead and develop the high school volleyball program
Organize practices, game strategies, and off-season conditioning
