Position: Girls Head Track & Field / Head Cross Country Coach School: Newman Smith High School – Carrollton-Farmers Branch ISD
Newman Smith High School is seeking a Head Girls Track & Field / Head Cross Country Coach to lead and develop a competitive and positive program. Responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of the girls track and cross country programs, including athlete development, practice planning, meet preparation, and off-season training. The head coach will promote academic success, character development, and program growth while maintaining compliance with UIL and district policies .
The candidate should demonstrate strong leadership, organization, and communication skills while working collaboratively with the athletic department, campus administration, and feeder middle schools.
Requirements:
Valid Texas teaching certification (subject area TBD)
