Head Swim Coach – Paetow High School
Paetow High School is seeking a passionate and dedicated Swim Coach to help lead our swim team to success.
This position is open to candidates from various backgrounds, with a focus on fostering teamwork, discipline, and skill development in student-athletes. The Assistant Coach will support the Head Coach in planning and executing training sessions, improving technique, and preparing athletes for competitions. Responsibilities also include supervising practices, attending meets, motivating athletes, and ensuring safety guidelines are followed.
Applicants should have experience in competitive swimming or coaching, strong leadership and communication skills, and a commitment to student growth. Teaching field is open (no PE or Health).
