This is a unique opportunity to build and lead a comprehensive, unified performance program for grades 6–12, girls and boys, in a growing 3A athletic program in Central Texas. Design and implement strength training and conditioning programs for all sport teams ( in-season, off-season, and pre-season). Supervise training sessions, ensuring athletes perform exercises with proper form and technique to maximize efforts and prevent injury. Conduct assessments and evaluations to track athlete progress and adjust training programs as needed. Provide basic nutritional guidelines and advice as they pertain to athletic development and recovery. Bachelor's degree and NSCA, CSCS or equivalent certification preferred 210 contract / Pay Grade AD3 

Lead and direct all facets of Strength and Conditioning / Sports Performance at Whitesboro ISD in North Texas. Oversee Brand New 80 Yard indoor facility and 5000 Square foot state of the art weight room, that is currently under construction to be completed by March of 2027.
