Lake Dallas ISD is seeking a District Strength & Conditioning Coordinator to lead and manage a comprehensive athletic development program serving all sports, all campuses, and both male and female student-athletes . We are a 4A Division 1 school in a great location and with great facilities in Denton County.
Key Responsibilities
Direct and oversee a district-wide strength, speed, and conditioning program
Design and implement year-round training plans focused on:
strength, power, speed, and mobility
injury prevention and athlete durability
Provide safe, age-appropriate development for middle school through varsity athletes
Coordinate training schedules and collaborate with all sport coaches across the district
Teach and reinforce proper technique in weight training, speed mechanics, and conditioning
