Jefferson High School (3A) ISD is seeking a motivated and dedicated High School Volleyball coach to build and lead our high school volleyball program. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing student-athletes athletically, academically, and personally while promoting sportsmanship, teamwork, and character in alignment with UIL regulations and district expectations.  The position of Girls' Athletic Coordinator, which entails overseeing all aspects of the girls' athletic program from junior high through high school, could also be available depending on the qualifications of the candidate.  Head girls' track or assistant softball are available as second sports.   Responsibilities Organize and conduct daily practices, skill development sessions, and workouts Instruct athletes in volleyball fundamentals, strategies, and game rules Prepare teams for competition and manage in-game coaching responsibilities Promote academic accountability and...
