VISD is looking for  an Assistant girls basketball coach  to join our athletic staff. The second sport will be  best fit , depending on the candidate’s experience and best fit for our programs. The Head Girls Basketball Coach leads and manages all aspects of the Rockwall‑Heath High School girls basketball program. This includes building a positive team culture, developing student‑athletes, and overseeing the long‑term success of the program from middle school through high school. Key Responsibilities: Plan, organize, and conduct all practices, games, and team activities for the high school program. Teach fundamental and advanced basketball skills, strategies, and team concepts. Create a disciplined, positive, and inclusive team culture.
